I think management can hold a belief about something even if they are not actively discussing or considering it.

Here is their way out

Does that mean that the Company can state categorically that there will never be a reverse split? Of course not. Management would be negligent not to consider all available options depending on circumstances at any given point in time. However, at the present time, management believes that there are no underlying business factors that would indicate the need to execute a reverse split.


Again not at the time being.. but tommrrow is a different day.

First time they have said we could do one.. just not today

yes it was discussed by management a couple of times, and apparently is getting rejected over and over...
