The EU court should not be trying the EU case. Its called bias and tilted justice. I am not saying that certain companies should not be kept in check. But what is good for the goose etc.... The EU is most definitely biased for the EU... So whats to stop the EU from stacking the deck in favor of more EU companies and biasing itself even more against US companies??? there just needs to be a check here...
And Yes it is stacking the deck MS didnt have a chance and neither does INTC... So basically the EU is playing with fire at this point... THE US has already piped back on the matter.
