hi dlethe, are our patents vaild in Europe... If YES, means HP needs neomedia or they will infringe whenever someone connects to physical world using a cellphone... So what do you think will happen if our patents don't uphold in court...
I sincerely hope we go thr' with the scanbuy case and once and for all prove our patent strength....then it will be a different ball game....
