I didn't say they need to be in "constant" contact. But, it is unrealistic IMO to think that 5 people, who have the same responsibilities on a board, wouldn't have a need to communicate from time to time off camera - in terms of dealing with one of many possible issues - not the least of which is clarification on the rules.

I'm not claiming this is some end all, but I think it would be a nice additional feature. A board is a little community in, and of, itself. You can be sure that admin all have the ability to communicate as a group. You can be sure that the officers of Ihub's parent have the ability to communicate as a group, etc.
