Note todays date - september 17th (keep in mind that short interest data is compiled through September 15th) ... if i was the same short who shorted 3 million shares in the last couple of weeks, I would time any subsequent attack to take place around the 17th of the month.

Why would you short a ~$5 stock with no option chain? It's suicide... will make for an explosive upside move when/if it happens.

Take heart fellow JAV longs; I lightened up this morning, as I'm getting killed lately (CAMH, RPRX, JAV, BRLC) and could not take the pain of a run to 3's again. So the fact that I sold some is probably a pretty good indicator of capitulation!
