AS for the restriction, don't know. I do have some PLYCF too so I would like to know.

But the majority in NWWV since it appeared it was going that way over the last few.

Dont know though, interesting. I am sure they will update us on that soon.

Obviously you get to keep your current PLYCF shares......and you get a bonus of restricted shares in NWWV.....but won't get them for 4 months......also they will be restricted....how long maybe 1 year is my guess.......what if the PPS is at .30 by then I'd be pretty happy.
