IMO: A strong PR would be one that would have gone into more detail about exactly what was acquired as well as the "buyout" price. They could have done much more obviously. I think many forgot PR's earlier this year that talked about how they wanted to maximize shareholder value. I dont see the price going up today, so shareholders dont see the value. If it was a strong PR, I would think that the price would be going up, not down. Just my opinion, I could be right.
