jake, that's the first analyst report I could find for IMCL from R&R. It seems like whoever put out the last report gets the credit. If someone comes out with a BUY recommendation tomorrow and it goes up they will get the credit.
R&R's market outperform report says they think IMCL will do slightly better than the market. Looks like a "I'll take the safe road" type of recommendation.
