If thats a chance you're willing to take go ahead, but i personally wouldnt count on a cat 2 to attract investors this late in the season

I personally dont consider DPDW a pure hurricane stock at all. Sure, a hurricane would land them huge contracts, but they make money regardless if one comes or not
