Nice post tothe :) But, just to be clear, I talked to Troy the PR guy and not Blaise. I had been trying to contact both Troy and the new management (through the corporate phone number) the past few days. Today Troy answered my call.
In some ways I share optimism with some of your points. But in other ways, I am feeling a little more leery with the events as they are unfolding. The associations/connections I can see through the searching of SEC filings and other internet sources suggests there is not a great deal of separation being established from the old management to the new. Now that is not necessarily bad, however, the bottom line to TQWI -vs- shareholders was that we lost all value from assets, they have been removed and we have seen a decline in our share price. If that was a repeated process...
It also really bothered me today that someone(s) was(were) paying bills so early in the process of establishing this new company. As was suggested to me, it was either left over form the old or was part of the new. The $$ amount wasn't significant, but certainly the impact to the pps was. Getting the A/S issue resolved and having access to I&O numbers would make me a lot more comfortable at this point.
I'm still a wait and see guy, but I got to tell you, my "guarded optimism" is being tested :p
