Lowtrade, thanks for your detailed response. I am very familiar with PE valuations and yes, trying to establish a value of an empty shell is work for magicians. What we do know is that when the 8K is filed we will have some real value in our company and in the fullness of time the markets will respond accordingly.
Continued thanks for your service to the "great unwashed masses"

lowtrade, from some experience I've had in the past, if a company has earnings but isn't in the trading range of being in a higher exchange and also is not being rewarded by the shareholder (not sending the PPS sufficiently higher), then they might do a R/S, however, if an otcbb company is rewarded with rises in PPS according to corresponding earnings valuations, then no need for R/S to get in to higher exchange. I think it's all about managing the PR flow to the larger audience and their receptivity to it. It does appear SWVC is getting the audience/exposure to generate PPS hikes in shell mode now and when proven to show earnings beyond the 8k, it would seem they are capable of being different and performing beyond the typical obscured octbb stock you're referring to. The public official background both Tom and Dede have in Gov't connections seems to give them more credibility and exposure, contributing to the believable part of the success story they are involved in here with SWVC/Wisebuys/Hacketts/etc., and that's why I believe and so many others also think they have a good chance in moving up without altering share structure. I also agree that you shouldn't always believe in PR's but the PR cycle and technicals combined.

I know that you are more specialized in technicals and statistical outlooks on otcbb stocks in general but wanted to mention the above because SWVC appears to have the ideal leadership (in more ways than one) running the show.

OT: I have really grown more and more to appreciate exactly what you do on your board to help educate people about setting technical goals. Often people react to that on specific stock boards but really, on retraces, you know and I know you're appreciated by removing the demoralizing aspect of the decline in recognising the pattern in board specific stocks turning and returning to higher levels.

lowtrade -

I posted this on the SWVC board over the weekend, but as quickly as posts stack up over there, you likely will never see it under the heap.

I have been following your trading approach with SWVC and like what I see you doing. I also think your tinfoil hat must be Kevlar reinforced the way you deflected all the bashers to your approach during the emotion driven run up last week.

If I understand your trading plan correctly, you pick an entry point, split your funds into fourths, and buy at your point with the first quarter, then spred out your remaining three buys in incriments. Can I ask how you determine your entry point and your increments? Are they based on fibnoacci numbers?

Do you sell in a similar fashion, in 4 steps?

I for planning purposes, if the stock has settled into a new base trading chalnnel of .025 to .035, what would be your entry points for the anticipated coming run up, and would you still plan to sell once you made 50% gain in eacn of your four buys?

Last question (for now), do you set sell points ahead of the share price, or do you let the price run past your sell points, and then place sell stops underneath?

Thanks for any help and insight you can provide.
