heres the post from the other place its # 49953 if you want to look over on rb..the name was shirley11900,

"kelly ...in the beginning, OpX removed BCIT shares from my account cos' they said that they could not get the shares from the seller (another broking firm).

Then, I wrote a letter to them that it was an illegal thing to do that...After few weeks later they wrote an EMail to me that they had received an idemnity letter from the clearing house & hence, deposited BCIT shares into my account.

I really do not know who is the other broking firm....

That's what the broker did to us too -- CROOKED -- IMHO --
