JoeDQ, I don't think we have a comflict of interest at all.
Most everything you said, I agree with.
Plus, you have the benefit of long term experience with this company(s).
I firmly believe that IDFR is DOA, but if they do follow through with the dividend, we can all get fat.
That, of course, is a big IF.
Twice before, I've been burned on stock dividends in the Pennies,(EMBI and WTAI), but it appears that EMBI may be rising out of the ashes and the dividend may still be delivered....
As for this dividend, the overall reasoning behind it makes sense to me, but, one thing for sure; On the 31st, I'll be on the phone with my Broker.
