Why don't you call or email Investor Relations or the PR department and ask them , instead of asking people to guess ?

I have a feeling that it was Chip reaching in his back pocket and pulling out the Phillipines deal ($43k a month) that we ALREADY knew about. A couple million over many years is a waste of time and this money will cover next to nothing. IMO
If there is no new deal, Chip just gave himself a black eye from those of us that are looking for him to be honest, upright and NO fluff.
