I think Megas has a choice between a deal with the roadblockers, or a judge enforced deal or outcome with
some trading, some broker refusing trades.

And I believe Megas is moving toward the latter, unless the last minute deal offer might be satisfactory to us all, although the offer might well be something other than allowing us to trade..

But if a judge gets to see this case and should rule to allow trading...and the result, without halts or SEC opposition resulting in more delay...
I would be amazed.

Having invested heavily in legal counsel, I believe Megas must be
patiently communicating with the DTC to wrest a few last
bits of discovery to the situation, in print, to present to a judge as exhibits of fraud and collusion with brokers and hedge funds and the DTC private company whom they hide behind, and which protects them from discovery and accountability to the public---all, in order to naked short this equity, BCIT, to obscene proportions.

Moreover, these white collar criminals, over two years later and
to this day, have pocketed FTD money from a lot of innocent purchasers of the stock in BCIT, without allowing them to trade its true value on the open makret thereby to gain
justice back, for the millions of air shares retail small investors, like myself, bought for
many thousands of dollars from the hedge funds via their brokers.

BCIT's business , revese mergers, real estate leverage and potential gas interests have been so messed up by the DTC and SEC halting trading, it might as well represent itself as a legal cause, and a great one, at that--a true David against Goliath. Because BCIT has expended a great deal of time and effort in court, where BCIT has proven itself blameless and victimized, and its innocent stock purchasers and its original stock holders also victimized---I think we have a chance, legally. Megas brought us to this point by great effort and legal expense, by various court actions
before a judge in the honorale state of Oklahoma...where there was a few
shoot outs at the OK coral between counterfeiters and air share manufacturers versus the innocent shareholders and the company CEO, Thomas Megas. By bringing just two lawsuits we emerged with a count of criminal counterfeits and failures to deliver
far and beyond the counterfeits, with the CEO now wanting justice and an opportunity for those
quilty of FTD's, to buy into the market by fair open trading.

What's a judge not to like about this case of injustice? (Again, we may have a judge who has been bought to protect
the quilty from bankruptcy for their excessive shorts. Too
much money involved for this possibility to be unexpected.)
Such a in the pocket judge will dismiss the case as too extreme, too disruptive to the market for its potential cost to the defendant.
But, on the plus side, It is BCIT bringing charges, the loud Plaintiff on this one, big time. May justice prevail. (But, due to the money involved
in a short squeeze, I do expect a deal, which I hope would be
acceptable to us all.
Go Megas. The unpleasant treadmill of legal exchange, positioning for
some relent, some deal, or a court war. By all means take
vacations from the darn ordeal.

As we should, too, except it feels like three card monty and i have to watch my account to
see that my shares don't vanish, day by day. They are, after all, phantom shares, created with electric representation and no paper at all... dear, dear. (put in real paper money for them, too, dear , dear...)

And also I feel I need to be ready for the call to class action. that too,
alas, the speed of which will really be great for the old blood pressure : (

Forgive my venting. THE WAIT THE WAIT THE SEC INVESTIGATIONS AND LACK OF TRANSPARENCY AND A JURY OF OUR PEERS.

I have to thank all posters who keep the issue of NSS and FTD
alive by communicating all the events involving NSS and FTD
cascading, now. People vacating the SEC, running....
