you won't because edgar hasn't updated their database yet, imo. they filed the last 8k using gs carbon's cik saying the name is now seaway. now it's up to sec to change their database. they just use the same CIK in the next filing. like I said good luck waiting.

Digi, I dont know why you are so obsessed with CIK number. It is not a big deal, trust me...CUSIP # is a requirement for every company but NOT CIK... SEC will give you a CIK # if you are filing electronically, just to make life easier for online search. And I am pretty sure the next 8K will have a new CIK#.

BTW, if you dont want to buy this stock then DONT buy, please... dont buy. There are 30000 companies out there go buy whatever you want.

How does it continue to trade under the new symbol? Doesent a symbol change take about 1-3 mos? I cant figure out the transition from GS Carbon symbol to SWVC Symbol without the SEC OK? Just a lurker question....will continue lurking...thanks. tex
