GIBBER - I don't think that ST or Ice have much to say on a daily basis. Their last comment was based on a projected technical breakout of the triangle. And how that holds has yet to be determined. My guess, and it is only a guess, is that the company has to be very discreet about what is said while it deals with the SEC. They must be very close to finalizing the SEC questions that hold up the approval for applying to the major exchange.
I did a side by side comparison of the last 2 filings and there did not to be any significant issues addressed. That tells me that the SEC questions are more of clarification than anything else. So final acceptance is probably not far off.
Like you I hold a great many shares and am interested in this outcome. However, it is also obvious that the company does not retain an IR staff and that Stock Tiger performs this role indirectly.
At this point, until the financials are released or the SEC process is completed, there is probably nothing more that can be said, unless there is a technical change in the chart.
It is frustrating to sit and wait, but I think that is what we are going to do until the financials or SEC news is released. Hopefully, that will be within the next 2 weeks.
