We have settled the SEC administrative action that resulted from missed filings during the difficult period Bentley Commerce Corporation went through in late 2005, by agreeing to the SEC's demand for revocation of the Company's registration./

By agreeing to REVOCATION....historically NO COMPANY HAS
EVER RETURNED TO TRADING...once you you liscense have been
revoked.
