Sears Bingo!

The heating element in our Jenn-Air oven quit working (electric. I ran down to the parts store, bought a new one and installed it. still nothing.

Saturday I sat down and went to Sears.com, navigated my way to the service part and signed up for service--for Superbowl Sunday between 7 am and 11 am. Service man showed up at 10:30 on Sunday had the oven fixed and was out the door before 11:00.

I was impressed.
