Ovidius,

"In checking with investment bankers (who have seen the program), not some flipper from Ihub, they pointed out that any system has a low saturation point before the market takes it into account and self adjusts to the system."

Who are these investment bankers you checked with?

"If you really do any DD, check with real investment bankers not just some would be casino players unable to afford the trip to Vegas!!"

Show us your real DD.

"I may be wrong, but I doubt it. lol" There is zero doubt you are wrong

Did you just find out about Spooz and want to buy cheap? lol.

lol Ovidius and who are you?? Based on your first post here it's quite obvious that you or your so called investment bankers lol haven't talked to anyone at Spooz or seen the demo...

I have a few times...and so have many others here. Nice try but what you just posted lacks any substance. And I'm sure you'll be hearing from more people other than myself...allie

Just to make it clear, your assumptions are wrong.

you are saying that the system wont make money the way it is hyped.

1- its not about the software but lack of news and revenues that did not send the pps higher

2- the software "sales" and subscription numbers will make the money forecasted by the company and not the system.

3- The SWARM system which is what your investment bankers are cautious about is another story. and IMHO it will be successful. Bankers cannot believe that an out of the house system is making better trades than their in house trading system. They dont like changes and they dont like competition. They will try to diminish the impact of SWARM but the numbers will show who will be successfull in the EOD. Only those who embrace change will profit from it in the earliest.

4- This system is not one system for all, its customizable. that means that every banker system will use it according to his own taste and personal preferences. So no 2 systems are equal except the middleware. The way to find opportunities in the market? depends of your investment banker! LOL

"one would have to have rose color glasses on to think that it will make the kind of money that is being hyped here"

our "hype" is based on conservative projections from the company leadership

"In checking with investment bankers (who have seen the program), not some flipper from Ihub, they pointed out that any system has a low saturation point before the market takes it into account and self adjusts to the system."

Let me get this straight, they saw a demo, and this was their criticism- a vague, general comment about the trading software industry... hmmm... not very detailed criticism from someone who saw the demo.

"Why do you think this is not flying?"

Where were you in July??? Right now, pps is acceptable as investors want to see numbers. The company CEO said we'll see revenue-induced rise in pps... we've already seen a rise in anticipation of the numbers. This thing is on the runway, that is why it is not flying, but it will when the numbers come out.

"if what some here post is really true, that they have seen the program along with other investment managers word on the street would have sent this much higher."

wrong. people want to see numbers. if the numbers are as good as predicted, big investors have plenty of time to get as this thing is going to go like a rocket... what they don't realize is that investors here are going to hold on to their shares tightly.

"Word on the wall street is simply just another program that will self destruct once the market adjusts to it."

What's the word in Chi-town were this thing is actually being demoed? Wall street reference kinda strange to me.

"Anyone here saying anything different is here posting to have you buy what they are selling."

I've said a lot of things here, and I've done nothing but add since arriving.

"If you really do any DD, check with real investment bankers not just some would be casino players unable to afford the trip to Vegas!!"

Credibility killer right there... just had to keep going didn't you?

"I may be wrong, but I doubt it. lol"

you're the only one laughing at your post. good luck getting shares.

Ovidius,

Enjoyed reading your take on Spooz and Spooztoolz. While I am not an investment manager I am a professional trader for the last 20 years. Your view about Spooztoolz trading system is an interesting one that does not seem to take into account the infinite variability of trading systems allowed by Spooz. To consider it as simply "one system" fails to understand the tools ability.

While the ability to trade exchange listed products is what all systems do, the ability to create synthetic products expands the universe of tradable products to infinity. Combine that with endless combinations of indicators and custom algorithms and you will be a long, long way from "saturation". I think what your investment bankers delema is that they all tend to jump on the same bandwagon. They trade the same thing. Like the yen carry trade for example. Spooztoolz allows you to be your own trader rather than follow the heard. In fact the case to be your own trader has recently been made by the big losses from the big Wall Street firms that employ the same strategy.

Those who can think for themselves will find Spooztoolz quite useful.

Additionally the price point of spooz is significantly less than what the big firms are paying for their custom screens. And by using excel as the gui every department, every trader, of a big firm can instantly reshape their screen to their needs without any IT department input. You simply modify it the way you would any excel spreadsheet.

Of course, since its Excel, international firms will have no problems using it globally as excel has 50 languages built in, saving countless hours of IT time for those custom screens.
