the charts on otcbb's are unable to accomodate r/s; so when an otcbb reverse splits like SHCC did, the chart just looks whacky

.....that's why I check several sources and posted the 10Q excerpt for your edification....my opinion, buy enuff, so bowing out after a double is worthwhile (covers commission and a fair bit more - that's why I buy those in 100,000 share blocks)
