yes I did and here is what I was told

I put in my orders and they were rejected. So I was just watching some stock and about 1 hour later I get a call from my broker. He asks me if I put in them orders to buy this stock. I said yes and why.He said that they were rejected because they were on the restricted list but he could do it by phone. So I asked why is it on the restricted list. He said it has nothing to do with the company. He said that there was a really large oder put in through a different broker through someones account that wasn't by the owner of that account and that is why they restricted it. Sounds like a lame excuse to me. But he did do it for me by phone free of charge!
