That is great news for PAIMP holders, that will be able to trade their stock.

That is great news for PAIM holders, because PAIMP holders will not convert, now that they can get money directly from PAIIP.

That is bad news for those who converted and sold their PAIMP into PAIM.

That is bad news for those who sold their PAIM.


HDSN realized this fact, yesterday, and stopped the selling pressure at the ASK. Today, HDSN was buying at the bid, and at 0.0044-0.0046-0.0060-0.0110 at the ASK.

I wonder if it wasn't Gotanko, selling his converted PAIMP at any price, before getting out of the picture.

What about all thos predicators that keep telling us to sell PAIM and showing uos the "DOM" sign to scare us away?
Why so many of the best bashers that money can buy, acting as a group, filling so many message boards, day and night, while they claim they don't have any interest, nor they want it, in the company?


I have traded PAIM many times, and have made great profits, and since it hit the SMA200 @0.0007, I have bought back my stake in this stock.

I bet that insiders know PAIM will trade above $0.01, where they will be able to sell their CD's at a profit, better than if they waited for the Face Value within 4 years.

I bet that the insiders will keep most or all of their PAIMP, now PAIIP, shares, because they can sell them anytime, as soon as they become tradeable.


PAIMP/PAIIP have great voting rights, and those grow within the years. Nobody will convert their PAIIP into PAIM, and the market realized that today, and that is the main reason for which the selling pressure stopped in PAIM.PK.

The ASK is so thin, that with only a few million shares, PAIM.PK could go right back to the 0.0050 range, in a wink.

Selling PAIM.PK shares, under these circunstances, is not a sell, is a dump for a dump!
