It is far from proven that shareholders have received value for the dilution.
Do we have geologists reports regarding the mine? extraction costs? Many gold mines have lots of gold but if it costs a fortune to mine it is hardly worth it.
How about financials surely for some of the 100 000 million shares added an accountant could have been hired. It would do wonders for the stock price plain and simple. The Canadian listing would also help as the listing requirements are quite strict relative to the pinks and show a good intent.
What is the biofuel plant exactly, design, specs......

Between the gagged TA, associations with quite shady characters, a splattering of a business plan (gold,radio,biofuel), The CEO at one point spending all his time on the message boards and PMing and a lack of transparency one would really have to wonder if there has been any value added. I know i do.

the float is one important piece of info an investor uses to make an investment decision. why would i care what the float is if i'm a day trader or hold a stock for a week or less. if you buy stock and plan to hold long, but notice after a while that the float goes up for no good reason you may decide you want to close your position, if the company does not disclose the float, you just hold long and hope for the best can't make a decision as you don't have the info and often when you get the info is too late. not saying that is the case here but the least the company can do if they don't have anything to hide is to allow shareholder access to share structure: a/s, o/s, float.

That is probably the best explanation of obtaining value in exchange for shares that I have read. It's much better then my apples and bags example.

If someone can't understand your explanation, then either they just don't want to understand or they are in the 25% group that I mentioned one time.
