Fact 1: If you put it that way, SLJB has been in business for a long time as well.
Fact 2: Yes it's a fact it's at its cheapest level.
Fact 3: Possibly, possibly not (are you there to actually develop these lasers?), but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt on this one.
Fact 4: You may think flippers are the only reason "this hasn't gone north," but you have no way of proving that they are the only reason.

Company should be releasing HUGE news in the next few days or so. The short position here is massive and this held .08 for a very long time, before it went subpenny.
