Neither do I. Presenting this 12-month subgroup was a transparent attempt to dissuade ODAC from voting to wait for the full dataset. It didn’t work but, from the company’s standpoint, it was worth trying.
But this doesn't seam to hold up (even as a speculative argument). The problem is that the "mature" subset curves seperate quite well by 26 weeks, while the ITT curves have no seperation through 1 year.
This is completely correct. You understand correctly how KM curves work. I made the same observation when the data first came out. For this reason, the odds that OS will be stat sig are not good.
