Yes, a spin off is def a possibility, imo. There are so many pieces of this puzzle not on the table yet, we can't see the picture.
Yes, I expect the current smmw shareholders to profit nicely. Even if a RS were to come, which imo, we would see on the symbol change if one is going to happen. I know gorb has a good opinion a RS, were it to happen, would have come on the smmus works name, and TMM is adamant there will be no RS still. Got to love that, but, imo, usually it would come at the symbol change, if one were to come, for these circumstances, with a name change essentially done, and waiting the symbol change...and more apparently.
I expect fun things to come as all this continues to emerge, for now we can see we have a new name, Xtend Medical Corp and a web site for same. So it's coming, and more that we just aren't able to piece together yet.
