All I said is I think there is a 50/50 chance that the scenario I described unfolds here. It just seems hard to believe that after almost a full year of trying to open in St. Pete (and about 25% of that time under the leadership of Dr. Ben) they are just now finding out about the permits required. It seems there could be more going on to cause these delays than is publicly known.
I would agree that they had momentum, but with no announced date for the opening of a 1st location, and no visible progress with any of the other areas recently announced by the company, that momentum has faded just like the stock price and volume. It will be interesting to see if anything is said on Monday to turn some of this around.
Still holding a lot of shares, just not as many as I had 2 weeks ago.
