How do you know the receiver was took over? We all knew the court and the judge lynch did appointed a receiver for USXP, but none of any news said the receiver did took over yet, and no news for USXP's stock share holders. How can you say the receiver already took over the job? If the like you said, the receiver take over the company, I believes there will be a press release for USXP.
