How many major reorganizations of this company must happen until investors realize to stay away from this company?

Mr. Zwebner continues to try to outdo himself, imho.

Why the need for a reorganization of this company, besides a pump and dump scheme, imho.

Give it up Mr. Zwebner, your day in the sun is long past.

You don't report quarterly or annual results. You expect people to blindly believe in you. You are not worthy enough for investors to buy into your latest scheme.
