Both the Chrmn of the Bd and the CEO, Ray Willenberg and Brad Kemp of RSMI certainly belong on your list. A lengthy history
of lies, no product, no revenues, yada yada yada.

Here's one of their latest. They touted a big meeting in
Milan Italy to certify their new technology. Two days before
the meeting, it was cancelled "due to a schedule conflict of
the keynote speaker". Two days!!! It was rescheduled for
mid- January and never came about or was mentioned again.
