AURUS Corp. (PINKSHEETS: AURC) advises its shareholders that its former transfer agent, Select America Transfer Company, is under investigation by the Ontario Securities Commission for certain irregularities within the framework of the work it did for a number of its clients. Aurus Corp. is not included in the list of companies under investigation.
