Sieko has perpetual movement watches. You should be able to contact any jeweler and ask if they sell watches with perpetual movement.

You can go to www.seikousa.com and follow the link for technology and you will see a selection for perpetual movement.

It looks like they have developed this same technology for cell phones. Or there currently doing the R&D for it.
