I just got in this afternoon and saw the PR. I was going to copy and paste the same section as you pasted.

The TA stuff is understandable, particularly as the old TA was Select American and they were known for "sloppy paperwork" we shall say.

Deals being inked and it is interesting to see the TA issue has held things up.

Although this PR is house cleaning, I actually view it as very positive, due to it allowing us to move on from here.
