Once we break those 1's it'll sail nicely. Holding tight. These lottos need a day or two of churning. Look at HCPC. UPB called it a .0004...then it went promptly to .0002. then it had a couple days of whatever...then today it went to .0007. Once a stock hits ground zero it takes some serious kickin' and scratchin' to get it moving again. But once it does...BOOM. This is the best looking lotto play out there right now IMO.
