Nature007, you are correct in that much of the "positive" DD that has been posted here, some even by company representives, has proven out to be exagerated or, in more than a few cases, totally false, as an investor, the most important part of DD, expecially in regards to microcap and penny stocks such as Amergence, is to confirm any and all "rumors" or "news" about "deals" and "mergers" through a 2nd and, if possible, 3rd source before believing it.
