Yes, and it also appears they DELIVERED on their promise of announcing the second OEM "agreement in principle". It seems as though they will be engineering mostly disk drive (Cornice) based devices for them, we'll see. I'd love to know who their client base is beyond Legend Computer.

Hard to tell if this TGE deal is of the "prepping the way for the namebrand PR" variety ala Gateway or of the "we're working together to shop some designs around but we still don't have a buyer for them" ala Easttech.
