The shorting problem is just as bad and they win everytime. I do think we see a big dip/shake and then run up in a week or two.

Where can i find this information abouts Wisebuy taxes?

I agree with the majority of your post. I was surprised by how low we went today, though. However, we need to understand how the wisebuys acquisition will take place.. will it be stock conversion or cash or stock+cash or financed (as it was with hacketts)? If stock conversion, would the 8k contain that information? and if it does, does it mean locked up shares or immediate dilution? I dont want to scare people, but that is a question that we do need answered. If I have missed something, someone please correct me. These are the only concerns I have.

Which gives a PPS of .10. Witha 2-3 multiple, .20-.30

This is a no brainer and way oversold at this time. Good time to buy IMO
