only thing i can think about why people would sell on that PR is that from the AFs..it showed that Wisebuys was not as highly valued as they once thought...so to make of for this miscalculation on value...we now get the whole company. thats is my take...not bashing saying wisebuys has no value or whatnot..just my opinion on why people sold.
It was not until 20 minutes after hitting the wires that people began to sell. After hitting the wires some "sell on the news" people where selling and the MM´s took over and induced a "short sale" sell-off which actually turned into a real one!!!! Too many weak hands got scared and the show down was exactly what the mm´s needed!!!! Then you saw those huge buys on the ask and not moving at all!!!! MM´s covering while taking this further down!!!!!! Plain and simple!!!!!!
