Doc,

Fact one is that the long-term chart does not look good yet -- we have all got around to understanding that, and, for the moment, most of us have learned to live with it.

Fact two is that the future prospects for the company have suddenly brightened, especially because the Sony suit is well out of the way. Can that really be shrugged off? So, maybe not quite "off to the races" yet, but the script has changed radically for the better.

What seems to be your keenness, even at a moment like this, to dwell on discounted negatives, and relive the lamentations of Jeremiah, leaves me puzzled. English doesn't have a single word for it: in German it's "Schadenfreude" -- IMO, heady stuff, whether self- or other-directed, but I wouldn't wish a constant practice of the habit on my friends.

In other words, I feel for you, my involvement has never been greater, but why the ironies of "Whoopie"? The whoopies are not gilt-edged or guaranteed, but have a good (substantial?) chance of reaching us from now on, going forward. That's how, IM0, an experienced stockholder might look at it.

If we look aghast at every single transaction, even of 100 shares, day by day, that won't solve any problems, I suspect. Broad shoulders and steady nerves, eh?

BTW, you caught my "lost" the other day. Thanks for keeping me on my toes.

GL,
