look at the website again...

it states that a large networking company is trialing their
software which we know from the original post on the calypso
site is Nokia Seimens Networks, we also know this from
the most recent SEC filings, further from the www.calypsowireless.com
site we know that a large licensing company intends on fronting
clyw 5 million bucks

finally posts here from the share holder meeting, and final4's
court updates are on the mark, and we know know that the
much thwarted depositions of ex clyw company officers have
finally occured per final4 (which if u like can review the
court records ask someone here how to do that)

the original asnap patent is stronger than ever and is now
clearly a "seed patent", trust me on this one, as for
suing other companies, the licensing company that so far is
un named clearly will "help" clyw licensce the asnap tech.
help imho includes agressive litigation support
