I am looking at some houses now where the structure is sound but needs paint and looks awful. The weeds are up to my arm pits and the place needs help. The assessed price is really bloated and the politicians do not want to lower the taxes. I have spent so much time on houses and football my only play in stocks now is HMGP. For a stock to move you have to see bid support and I think we have that now. I really like Michigan this week. The new quarterback is better than anything Notre Dame has. Michigan has poor coaching and Notre Dame has a poor team.
Ren...could you give me some pointers on locating and dealing with the bank when looking to negotiate a short sell? You seem to be pretty knowledgeable on the subject. I flip houses on the side and have only been able to get foreclosed houses. I tried to negotiate one I knew was going through bankruptcy but about got my head chewed off by the lady at the bank for asking. Any help would be appreciated.
