Wake up! Sony BMG will never pull a lawsuit. They have serious reasons to initiate a lawsuit and moreover, they do not spend money on legal proceedings then drop them.
No proof needed from this guy. It will never be dropped!

Thank you Neil for posting the final chapter of the lawsuit. Now we have confirmation and again, at times we need to sit back and let things come thru channels and not to try to destroy each other in our anger. We can now move on with the company. This a huge burden lifted. There are many things that were being worked on prior to the lawsuit. Yes, it set us back some but now we can move full force ahead. Thank you Peter for getting us this result. Welcome back team. We will stand with you. Sting, again thank you for keeping us informed. I will continue calling the company and hope to visit this fall.

Neilbolton, Thank you for your post. I fail to see why it is that the company fails (continuously) to update its shareholders. Seems to me that this tid-bit of info ought to have come from them.
