Not sure about the impatience. An RS could very well be the next logical step- especially if restricted shares aren't included in an RS. Need to DD that.

Anyone have any contact with Alan since the PR?

I agree that this most likely won't go under but it can get worse. They have 2 yrs before they can cash in. Why spike it anytime soon?

Makes sense to me to get rid of as many current share holders as possible, RS and start a whole new story.

It's a crap shoot at best IMO.
