One exception is contacting the company. There is simply no info that Sam will give out at this time so what good is it to call him? So he can tell you everything is fine? What we need are verifiable facts, not sweet-sounding generalities.

Otherwise, I am with ya on everything.

You are correct about dilution....not much we can do. Down to our last $237,500 does not bode well for the future. I even agree that 500 million is not too outrageous, but much more than that and a R/S will be our only salvation. It will be near impossible to move the price up with that much stock out. And without an increased price, uplisting of any kind won't happen.

So ya see, we are not that much different in our opinions of this company.
