Arnold, the site is proxyvote.com , but there is a 12 digit number on the voting card that you would have to enter at the site so they can assign your votes to the right shareholder. W/O that number, I don't think you can do it on line. Someone said you could do it over the phone, but can't help you there. Maybe someone else can. Good Luck
