Of course PV's photo should be there. When I first saw his picture and found out he hadn't just left a Halloween party, I had a real bad feeling. He could be in the dictionary under wanna-be playboy. That's quite a few letters past CEO.
Furthermore, and perhaps more to the point, he is still an influence in this fiasco. Remember, long after he had supposedly resigned from ceo, he was still envolved in things and even spoke in the companies behalf, or appeared to do so.

You can remove the picture but the slime trail will remain.
I say keep it.
