Two comments

-2nd quarter financials (audited or not!)

Quarterly financials are never audited. Even the largest NYSE companies never files formally audited quarterlies. SEC reporting only requires yearlies to be audited. Non SEC registered need never to report anything.

i guess we missed that deadline.

Dealine for quarterlies are 45 calendar days after end of quarter. That is, deadline was on August 14th. Not "end of August".

Agree, the NASD review of the 15C2-11 filing is taking much too long. Update on the progress would be of order.
