myDDdotcom, If you'll recall, back before the split, Ross was hyping a listing. At one point he even mentioned a NASDAQ listing.
Then, after the split, he said he had a choice, he could make the Fandom/AU acquisitions or he could go for a listing, but he couldn't do both.
Ross has made several dozen posts on the RB CMIH board and if you go through them, little bits and pieces of information comes out.
Example, CMI Holdings Group Inc, has or controls 20 websites
I'm starting to believe that, A...the listing hype was just that, hype to attract investors for the split.
B...Ross has never given out hard numbers for such things as revenue, income, profits or anything related to cash....Why?
I believe it's for the same reason that a listing isn't being persued,ie; this company is making money and is quite profitable, but to report that would cause the share price to go up and lead to other complications and questions.
Such as, Where is the money going?
We'll just have to see how this plays out and, IMO, the first step is to reduce the OS.
