how about a survey to change the board name to Premium?
from what i've read, that's already a proven fact.

Seems to be certain that the business to be opened by Steve Sulja in Calgary will be called Premium Building Supply, or whatever. But it isn't at all clear whether Premium is, or will be, part of SLJB Nevada.

So let's not change the board's name just yet.
